Bread soup and tomatoes soup have been from generations the main food for all children. It was enough to cook some bread into water or stock together with garlic, salt and olive oil and the food was ready ! Tomatoes was an option. While garlic was salutary especially against worms and other diseases.

How to taste and like it: heat up it in a small pan adding some water (optional !) and serve it lukewarm with few drops of extra-virgin olive oil. Grated cheese or Parmesan are absolutely not needed !

Ingredients: Tuscan organic Tomato (50%), Tuscan bread “bozza pratese” (wheat flour, yeast, water) (21%), water (20%), Italian extra virgin olive oil (8%), basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
