How to Apply

Dispense a small amount of PURE ACT OIL onto a BAKEL FLANNEL or dampened cotton pad and wipe it over the face until it completely removes make-up and impurities. Alternatively, massage it in with dampened fingers and then remove it using a cotton pad or a dampened BAKEL FLANNEL.
