Grown in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano and harvested exclusively by hand, the artichokes are processed immediately after harvesting to offer the best part of this vegetable with multiple beneficial properties.

The tender artichoke heart, rich in nutrients and mineral salts, combined with the organic EVO oil, produced by the company, gives life to organic artichoke hearts: a high quality product that enhances the genuine flavors of the fresh ingredient.

Ingredients: organic artichokes (65%), organic EVO oil (14%), organic sunflower seed oil (14%), wine vinegar, salt, organic pepper, organic bay leaves. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: ideal for delicious aperitifs, to enrich salads or to season tasty gourmet pizzas.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
