Bottega S.p.A. it is at the same time a winery and a distillery, which has a close-knit team of expert winemakers both in winemaking and in distillation. The headquarters is located in Bibano di Godega (TV), in the Doc Prosecco area, 50 km north of Venice. The company was founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega, master distiller with more than thirty years of experience in the field, which he had inherited from his grandfather, an expert wine merchant during the ’20s, the passion for the world of wine. At the end of the ’70s the company is a small company operating in the local grappa market.

In 1983, on the death of the founder, his son Sandro, together with his brothers Barbara and Stefano, took over the company. From an artisan reality, which operated only in the world of grappa, it has transformed over the years into one of the first 20 private wineries and distilleries. In the duty free and travel retail channel it has burned down the stages and, as far as sparkling wines are concerned, has become the second brand in the world, after a well-known Champagne brand. The unmistakable Bottega Gold, a Prosecco Doc characterized by the bottle with golden livery, is an icon of style that is appreciated throughout the world as an expression of the best Made in Italy.

The Creams and Liqueurs are the result of an accurate selection of raw materials combined with the long-standing experience of Bottega. The Cream are soft and velvety on the palate, with a unique taste and the Liqueurs are fresh and aromatic.

Bottega – Nero – Chocolate Liqueur Bottega – Cremes – Liqueurs and Spirits

Cocoa, the basis of  Nero Bottega, comes from a plant whose botanical name is “Theobroma”, or  “food of the gods”, and is the main ingredient of this exquisite liqueur.  The union of cocoa with an alcohol solution creates a product recalling  the inebriating sensations of dark chocolate. Thanks to its mixing  technique, it is creamy and smooth, conquering even the most refined  palates. With a final touch of grappa, Nero Bottega gains a particular  aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.

Bottega – Pistacchio – Pistachio Cream Bottega – Cremes – Liqueurs and Spirits

It is a creamy liqueur,  pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content,  characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native of the Middle East, now growing  spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna. They have always  been renowned for their nutritional properties. Pistachios, exclusively  harvested in Sicily, are processed according to a traditional method and turned into a paste which preserves all their precious organoleptic  characteristics. The paste is then expertly mixed with alcohol, water  and sugar, creating a creamy, round, velvety liqueur with an intense an  inebriating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it  unique and unmistakable.
