Ca’ Verzini – Agricultural Brewery

The Ca’ Verzini agricultural brewery, located on the hills of Val d’Illasi in the province of Verona, is located in a typical Venetian rural court owned by the family, whose traces date back to the twelfth century, completely restored and modernized in the last years.

The project comes from the dream, after about a decade of homebrew production, to propose and make the particular brewing creations to a wide audience. Barley is grown on the more flat farm land, while hops are grown on hilly high-altitude hills, near the small Dolomites.

Anteprima 2 Blanche – Special Beer

High fermentation opalescent light beer with creamy and white foam.

The spicy scent of coriander and the vegetal notes are immediately perceptible and remain over time. In the mouth it is fresh, with a slight acidulous and citrus vein, it distinguishes a delicate bitterness.
