Vinification: Grapes are handpicked in small containers in order to reduce skin breakage. After being gently destemmed and softly pressed, free run juice is chilled and left on the skin for few hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17°C. During the fermentation, a small part of the wine undergoes a brief aging in second or third use barriques.
Aging: Four months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Yellow with greenish hues, hints of citrus, fresh and slightly tangy. Good persistence combined with a pleasant, mineral finish.
