The harvest take place by night in order to save and enhance the bouquet. Then grapes are trodden at controlled temperature and give way to a brilliantly luminous, straw yellow wine with greenish reflections.
It has a fresh and rich bouquet of wild and freshly-cut flowers. Palate displays an appealing acidity, a fine structure, a very good persistence and a final taste of fresh and exotic fruit.
