Typical grapes of our area, give life to the Bianco DOC “Castel del Monte”.
Grown on a fertile hilly land facing south, in a favorable microclimate, which gives rise to a pale greenish white wine, floral scent, the palate is full-bodied and fruity with hints of apple gravel.
Served at a temperature of 7 ° – 8 ° C. reveals a wide range of combination of all fish and seafood or as an aperitif.
