Troia grapes brought on a hillside facing south, in a favorable microclimate, is vinified in Allier oak fermentation vats at a controlled temperature. After the vinification ages in the same vats for more than a year.
Originates a wine of intense ruby ​​red color, with clean and inviting scent that evokes red berries (Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Blackberry),with the mild spicy notes of vanilla and black pepper, soft tannins and ripe on the palate, are the qualities that contribute to the success of this wine.
It reaches its highest expression and complete with braised meats, roasts and game.
