Zanin 1895 – High Quality Spirits Since 1895

In the mid-800 Bortolo Zanin opened an inn, which offered, between the various local food and drinks, even the “white spirit”. Zugliano people developped a passion for the “graspe” so much that Bortolo decided to begin to expand the production of distillates. In the ’40s, with the inn all in all closed, the son Rino continued the expansion activity of the distillery and aging of destillates, leading to fame the Cavallina Bianca brand. In the ’70s, with Fausto Zanin the company expands abroad, in 38 countries. Today the distillery is led by Piero Zanin and his brother-in-law Massimo Fontana, which have enlarged the production to new premises in Zugliano, restoring the old mill acquired by father Fausto. Four generations linked by the same passion, illustrated in the essence of every drop labeled Zanin 1895.

Cavallina Bianca

A snow-colored mare is the inspiring muse of this brandy grappa, which has always distinguished the Zugliano distillery.

Zanin and Cavallina Bianca are the historical brands of the company that trace the passions, the vicissitudes and the goals until 1895. Quality, elegance and “race”, strictly Venetian, are synonymous for these products that maintain craftsmanship.

Cavallina Bianca Grappa Chinata – Reserve Grappa

The white chinatoe Grappa is obtained from the union of grappa with an infusion of china, sugar and other ingredients that determine the special recipe, it is a unique grappa of 32% alcoholic.

With an intense dark color, with an unmistakable scent of sweet bite and ripe red fruit. To the taste, a refinement of sweet, very soft and very well amalgamated flavors of china and morello cherry.

Women appreciate it for its lightness and can be consumed in purity, cold or with ice. Ideal also for cooking fish dishes, for example crustaceans such as shrimps and prawns.
