Always living up to its reputation, Krug is the first and still the only Champagne producer able to create exclusively Cuvée de Prestige every year since 1843, the year of its foundation.

Maison Krug was founded in Reims back in 1843 by Joseph Krug, a nonconformist visionary animated by an ambitious awareness without half measures.

His dream was to be able to offer the best Champagne in the world, year after year, regardless of the weather.

The special attention paid to the uniqueness of each vineyard and respect for the peculiarities of each plot and its wine have allowed Joseph Krug to realize his dream.

With a decidedly original approach to Champagne production, he decided to transcend the notion of Millesimato to create the most generous expression of Champagne every year.
