Discovering Borgo del Balsamico – Guided Tour

The Tour includes a visit to the ancient vinegar factory.

Family vinegar with about two hundred small casks, one hundred of which centenary.

Illustration of the production process and then tasting of PDO and PGI products of different aging for over three years to over 25 years.

The visit is a journey through the senses, olfactory and gustatory.

Tasting

Our guests can visit the ancient Acetaia and taste the DOP and IGP products.

They will be able to breathe the thick air of Balsamico and see the centennial small barracks that have been resting for many tens of years in the attic of the Dwellings.
