Bright pink peach blossom color, soft, with slight purple reflections and a rich and persistent foam. The aroma is fresh and fruity with prevailing notes of pink grapefruit, black currant and vague hints of Rosehip. With a fine and persistent perlage, rightly acidic, well balanced, it is expressed on the palate with clear hints of raspberry.

It goes well with dishes based on fine fish such as linguine with lobster, sea bass and raw seafood.
