When our friends come visiting us, the most natural thing for us is to slice the best bread and choose the perfect cream to spread on each slice. Our creams contain the 90% of our vegetables (Biodiversity-friend certified) and they can be used on appetizers, first courses, sandwiches, meat or fish dishes. It’s a light alternative to classic mayonnaise.

Fennel and Sicilian Orange Cream

Ingredients: Fennel (80%), sunflower oil, extravirgin olive oil, Sicilian oranges (1,33%), whole salt, wine vinegar, white wine, organic brown sugar, spices.

Pairing: Suitable for appetizers, on croutons, perfect for stuffing sandwiches, with fish and shellfish.
