The idea of being able to enclose in a jar of colors, scents and flavors of different seasons, has something magical for us! That’s why our in oil and bitter-sweet jars contain our fresh certified Biodiversity Friend vegetables accompanied only by high quality ingredients.

Appearance and Features

The preserved product is the result of boiled beans, peppers and onions, cut and blanched in a solution of water and vinegar. Vegetables blend together, creating a vibrant color gamut. The accompanying vegetables are crisp and delicately bitter-sweet, whil the beans are tender, fleshy and sweet.

Mode of Use

Our Borlotti beans in pickled vegetables are perfectly matched to classic sausages and seasoned cheeses or tough pasta, white meats, boiled and fried dishes, cotechino, marinated or steam seafood. It is advisable to consume them at room temperature, once opened, store them in a fridge completely covered with their oil and consume them within a few days.

Storage

The product, if stored in the original sealed packages, in a cool place (max 20 ° C) and sheltered from direct light, is stored for 18 months from the date of production.
