Our creams contain the 90% of our vegetables (Biodiversity-friend certified) and they can be used on appetizers, first courses, sandwiches, meat or fish dishes. It’s a light alternative to classic mayonnaise.

Radicchio Rosso of Treviso I.G.P. Cream with Chili Peppers

Ingredients: Radicchio rosso of Treviso IGP (90%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper (2%), white wine vinegar, white wine, whole salt, organic brown sugar.

Pairing: Suitable for appetizers, on croutons, to season pasta and gnocchi, great on sandwiches, with white meats and cheese fondues.
