Ingredients: Radicchio rosso of Treviso IGP (62%), red onion (11%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, white wine, organic brown sugar, whole salt, bay laurel.

Pairing: On croutons for appetizers, as seasoning of first courses or to match a sauce, as side dish to meal or fish second courses (also grilled), with cotechino and boiled meat. Suitable for stuffing focaccia bread, pizza and sandwiches.
