Ketchups Organic – Made with Our Good Vegetables
Last summer we had the pleasure to host our friend Martino Beria in our Farm-made, who is a Vegan Chef and expert of natural cooking: we were looking for creative, healthy and funny recipes to make with our vegetables. Martino had an idea that we immediately loved: to create three different vegetable ketchups with the bright colors of red tomato, green tomato and pumpkin. These ketchups can be served with: french fries, vegetable patties and hamburgers, salty pancakes, sandwiches and many other dishes. They are prepared at low temperatures and in a vacuum; they are made with lots of Biodiversity-Friend certified vegetables and with high-quality ingredients.
Red Ketchup
Suitable for white meats, fish, toasts and crispy french fries.
Ingredients:Â Tomato, fennel, white wine vinegar, onion, organic brown sugar, celery, whole salt, garlic, chili pepper, spices and aromatic herbs.
