Ingredients: goose meat 60 %, pork meat 40 %, sugar, spices, wine, natural extracts.

Without prevervatives and nitrates added.

Tips for Cooking

Make about 6-7 holes in the cotechino with the help of a toothpick. Put the cotechino in a pot full of cold Water and cook on medium heat without the top. When water begins to boil, cover the pot with the top and lower heat to minimum. Cook for 2 hours. Then, when it’s well cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest in the pot for half an hour.

Slice it and serve hot. We recommend to prepare it in the morning for the evening. Once cooked it can be frozen.
