Vinification and maturation: Following maceration and fermentation, the wine matures at last 6-8 months in oak barrels, then ages 6 months in the bottle

Palate

Firm, impressive structure, with tannins that are pronounced but balanced and elegant. The finish is infused with smooth, delicious notes of black liquorice and vanilla
