Gentle pressing of the grapes, gravity-setting of the must, then fermentation, and maturation in steel for about 6 months

Palate

Balanced, full-flavoured, extremely elegant and pleasurable, marrying an initial crispness to a finish of bitter almond classic to the grape variety
