Maceration on the skins for 4-5 days, then the must ferments at 18-21°C to maximise aromatic delicacy. The wine then matures 6 months in steel

Fruity, smooth, and crisp, with strawberry, raspberry, and cherry predominating
Palate
Crisp, smooth, and elegant, with fruit notes re-appearing. Impressively lengthy finish
