“Primus“ – Asprinio Based Grappa

Aged in French oak barrels for generally 24 months, this unique product was born from the experience of Tenuta Fontana’s team in making the “Asprinio di Aversa” white wine.  The full-bodied structure, a result from its refinement in oak barrels, gives this distillate a superb composition which enhances its sweet flavors of vanilla, coconut and dried fruits. Perfect as an after-dinner drink, it goes well with sweet desserts.

This Grappa also is a wonderful accompaniment to a cigar smoke and mixtures of pipe tobacco.
