Classic Spaccatella Sauce – 71

Cherry tomatoes half-cut with tomato sauce. It is a preserves to be used as base for sauces or any meal: cherry tomatoes and a touch of basil and anything else. “The real Spaccatella” as Mrs. Edda said “is made by round cherry tomatoes not peeled and dived in half, placed into a jar with a bit of basil!”
