Kazzen- Capers’ Fruits in Oil

The fruits of the caper in oil can be used in salads, in sauces to dress pasta or in the aperitif having fun pricking them with a toothpick. These medium-sized capers are harvested by hand, desalted and stored in extra virgin olive oil according to the traditional methods of the Pantelleria Island.

Kazzen – Aubergines and Pepper Caponata

Excellent as an appetizer but also as a side dish, the caponata is a very tasty classic of Sicilian cuisine based on aubergines and peppers flavored with capers, tomato olives and onions.
