Winemaking
Maceration on the skins for over 30 days with frequent refills, controlled temperature fermentation of 26°-28° C in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French barrels of first passage for 24 months. Bottle aging for about 12 months.

Gustative Notes
Very dark red color, complex flavor of fruit without a strong wood flavor. After opening the wine smells like a pinch of mint, liqueur and pepper.
