Winemaking
Manually harvested grapes in small crates. After a soft pressing of the grapes, it follows the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 10/15 days, at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. After fermentation, it follows a long rest on the lees for the whole winter, followed by bottling in the spring. Arco Alto Adige Bianco D.O.C. remains in the cellar for another 3 months for the latest aging in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Gustative Notes
Straw yellow with pronounced golden reflections. Very good intensity to the smell, with notes of fresh fruit, also exotic, accompanied by a mild scent of bread crust. In the mouth it is rich, fresh and with a good balance of olfactory taste.
